Rajesh Mishra is the co-founder, Chief Executive Officer at A5G Networks. Before A5G Networks, Rajesh was the President and CTO at Parallel Wireless and led business development and technology. Rajesh co-founded Parallel Wireless in 2012 and served as the CEO for the first two years. He pioneered and led the Open RAN movement. As CTO, he Evangelized Open RAN, set vision, and nurtured the Open RAN industry. He Led several Tier1 operators’ wins, managed the Open RAN partner ecosystem. He has 100+ patents filed and granted. Before founding Parallel Wireless, Rajesh led IMS in the cable industry at CedarPoint communication/Ribbon, established it as a worldwide leader in cable telephony (captured 90+% USA cable market). Rajesh led the first VoIP revolution, including IP-based mobile voice core, led the world’s first commercial soft switch at Excel Switching/Lucent. Rajesh holds a BS in computer science from IIT Roorkee.
